Use to install commercial carpet in light traffic areas or residential felt-back rotovinyl sheet flooring. Bond carpet backings (jute, polypropylene, and non backed needle-punched) and vinyl flooring to concrete, underlayments, wood substrates, terrazzo and existing resilient on all grade levels as recommended by the flooring manufacturer. 60-90 minutes working time.
