Returns Policy

Information:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Any return not returned with the 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for refund.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  

Any refund for returned product deemed to be in working condition or the buyer decides they no longer need the item will be charged 15% in restocking fees and any shipping costs will not be refunded.

All Items must be returned In original condition, any item that is returned that is not in original condition will not be refunded. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please place your item and anything that came with and/or in it into either the package it came in or any package you have that it will fit into.

Please do note that, according to our policies above, the state that we receive the product back at our warehouse is important to your refund. If you feel you need to add more padding into the package to ensure the product you are returning gets back to us in as good a condition as possible, then please do so.

Whether we have given you a shipping label or you have acquired one yourself, apply it to the outside of the package. Please try to not place it where the label will be bent or possibly broken by movement during shipping. It is important the label stays intact for the shipping company to get it to us.

We strive to ship all products within 2 business days. We will attempt to contact you when we are forced to exceed this estimation.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note that this is only an estimation and neither we or the shipping companies can guarantee the accuracy of this estimation.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and dimension-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound and generally the dimensions will be rounded up to the nearest even inch.
